The ground rules for using AstroMaestro

These terms explain how the service works, what you can expect from it, and the responsibilities that come with using it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AstroMaestro (the "Service"), operated by Shree Ananta LLP ("Shree Ananta LLP", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability partnership registered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AstroMaestro is a web application that uses Vedic astrology principles combined with artificial intelligence to generate Kundli charts, nakshatra placements, and multi-layered analytical reports based on birth details (date, time, and place of birth) that you provide. Individual analysis layers are processed and then synthesised into a final report intended to help you reflect on and understand patterns in your life.

The Service is provided for informational, educational, and self-reflective purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other expert advice, and should not be relied upon as such.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

Where you submit personal information (including birth details) about a family member or other individual, including a minor, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary authority or consent to do so, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

•You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
•You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and when submitting birth details for chart generation.
•You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Pay-Per-Report Purchases

4.1 Plans

We offer the Service on a subscription basis (recurring access to features and reports) and/or on a pay-per-report basis (one-time payment for a specific report). Pricing, features, and billing frequency for each option will be displayed at the time of purchase.

4.2 Billing and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorise us (through our payment processor, Razorpay) to charge your chosen payment method for each renewal, unless you cancel in advance.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then. No partial-period refunds are provided for cancellation.

4.4 Refund Policy

Because generating a report involves immediate computational and third-party AI processing costs once you submit your request, purchases of individual reports are generally non-refundable once generation has begun. Subscription fees already charged for a billing period are similarly non-refundable for that period. We may, at our discretion, offer a refund or credit in cases of duplicate charges, technical failure preventing report delivery, or as otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Note for legal review: This refund clause is a reasonable commercial default, not a legal requirement. Confirm it against consumer protection law in each major market you serve, as some jurisdictions mandate cancellation or refund rights that cannot be waived by contract.

4.5 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your complete payment card or banking credentials.

5. Nature of Astrological Reports — Important Disclaimer

Astrology, as offered through the Service, is an interpretive framework based on patterns and correlations; it is not an empirically predictive or guaranteed science. You acknowledge and agree that:

•Reports generated by the Service are interpretive and informational in nature, intended to support self-reflection and understanding of life patterns.
•The Service does not guarantee any specific outcome, prediction, or future event, and no report should be treated as a certainty about your future.
•The Service does not offer astrological remedies (such as gemstones, rituals, or similar prescriptions) for sale, and any general observations included in a report should not be treated as prescriptive advice.
•You should not make significant medical, financial, legal, or relationship decisions solely on the basis of a report generated by the Service, and should consult an appropriately qualified professional for such matters.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Reports are generated using a combination of proprietary logic and third-party artificial intelligence models (including models provided by OpenAI and Google). While we apply a structured, multi-layer analytical process, AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or errors. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any AI-generated output.

7. Your Responsibilities

•Provide accurate date, time, and place of birth information, as inaccurate input will affect the accuracy of any chart or report generated.
•Use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.
•Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or redistribute reports or underlying analysis generated through the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, trademarks, and underlying methodology comprising the Service (excluding the personal birth data you submit) are owned by or licensed to Shree Ananta LLP. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service and any reports generated for your personal, non-commercial use.

9. Prohibited Uses

•Submitting false, misleading, or another person's information without appropriate authority or consent
•Using the Service to harass, defame, or make decisions that could harm yourself or others
•Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying systems
•Using automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our permission

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shree Ananta LLP and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any decisions made in reliance on a report generated through the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific report or subscription giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Note for legal review: Some jurisdictions do not permit exclusion of certain liabilities. Have counsel confirm this clause is enforceable in your key markets, and add carve-outs as required.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shree Ananta LLP from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your submission of another individual's personal information without proper authority or consent.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Note for legal review: Given a global user base, some users may have non-waivable rights to bring disputes in their home jurisdiction or through local consumer arbitration schemes. Have counsel review whether this clause needs jurisdiction-specific carve-outs.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email, and continued use of the Service after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
